Real Estate

The real asset, analysed with portfolio rigour.

Virtual Live8 hoursJune 2026

Program Description

Few asset classes occupy as important a place in large fortunes as real estate. And few are analysed with so little rigour. Real estate demands method: valuation, structure, cycle and risk — not intuition alone.

This 8-hour programme in Virtual Live format studies property investment for what it is: an asset class within the private markets. It covers the routes for accessing it, the criteria for analysing and valuing it, and its role within a diversified wealth portfolio.

It is part of the Private Wealth Management Institute's Training Programs Calendar 2025-2026 and is designed for advisors, bankers and wealth managers, as well as business owners, families and family offices with significant real estate exposure or the intention of building it.

General Objective

For participants to adopt a professional framework for analysing, valuing and integrating real estate investments within a wealth portfolio, understanding the routes of access to the asset, its sources of value and its specific risks.
