Program Description
Private markets are changing shape. Evergreen funds — permanent-capital vehicles with continuous subscription — have become one of the fastest-growing structures within alternative investments. Understanding them is no longer optional for anyone who advises or manages wealth.
This 2-hour masterclass, delivered in Virtual Live format, concentrates on the essentials: what evergreen funds are, how they are structured, how they manage liquidity and how they differ from traditional closed-end funds. The objective is to leave with independent judgement to evaluate, recommend or challenge them.
The programme forms part of the 2025-2026 Training Programs Calendar of the Private Wealth Management Institute and is designed both for the sell side — bankers, advisers and investment teams — and for the buy side: entrepreneurs, families and family offices who receive these proposals at their table.
General Objective
