DEBT Capital Markets (DCM)

The market where the corporate world finances itself.

Virtual Live12 hoursJuly 2026

Program Description

Behind every great company lies a financing structure. And behind much of that financing lie the debt capital markets: the mechanism through which corporates, financial institutions, and governments raise funds by issuing debt to investors. To understand DCM is to understand how the economy is financed.

This program walks through the cycle of a debt issuance: origination, structuring, placement, and the role of each participant, from the issuer to the underwriting bank and the institutional investor. Twelve hours of technical depth that allow participants to read an issuance the way those who build it do.

The course is delivered in Virtual Live format starting in July 2026. It is part of the extended PWM 2026 catalog of the Private Wealth Management Institute, with an investment of $30,000 MXN, VAT not included.
