The starting point of the holistic wealth banker.

Intensive in-person + synchronous online6 months / 120 hours / 12 ten-hour modulesMexico 2026 · Next cohort to be announced

Program Description

Level I of the Executive Program in Holistic Wealth Banking is the formal gateway to wealth banking. Over six months, 120 hours and 12 ten-hour modules, participants build the complete technical foundation of the wealth advisor: the four major markets —foreign exchange, fixed income, equities and hedging derivatives—, the reading of economic and financial indicators, comprehensive client profiling, and the construction of funds and portfolios.

The program does not stop at technique. It includes insurance and risk management, basic Mexican taxation with an emphasis on nearshoring, regulation, compliance and ethics, and a module devoted to public speaking, executive communication and image: the competencies that distinguish a wealth advisor from a product salesperson.

Graduation demands results. The final capstone is a Full Wealth Plan of more than 30 pages, accompanied by a business development component. Those who complete it earn the PWMI certification, aligned with the CPWA® standard, and are prepared to serve the MXN $1M to $5M client segment.

General Objective

To equip participants with the complete technical, regulatory and commercial foundation of holistic wealth banking —markets, indicators, client profiling, portfolios, insurance, taxation and executive communication— to serve the MXN $1M to $5M client segment with confidence, culminating in the preparation of a comprehensive Full Wealth Plan as a certification requirement.
